N.J.'s Charles P. Torres Sex Trafficker.

May 6, 2014 at 2:27 P.M. Apparently, someone has hacked into NYPL computers, at Morningside Heights, and into my library card records. I will struggle to continue writing at public and private computers. ("How censorship works in America.")

May 5, 2014 at 1:49 P.M. I will be adding a list of sources to this text soon. It is rumored that "Justice" Jaynee LaVecchia will be facing mandatory retirement soon. Non-extension of her term will allow the N.J. judiciary and Supreme Court to avoid explaining or justifying the alleged conflicts of interest and appearance of impropriety in the HIP matter concerning Justice LaVecchia. ("New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" and "New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics" then "Sexual Favors For New Jersey Judges," "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "John McGill, Esq., the OAE, and New Jersey Corruption.")

(PHIL KWON, Port Authority Deputy General Counsel, is among the witnesses to testify before FBI officials looking into the bridge-gate scandal. New inquiries into David Samson's activities have emerged.)

John Reitmeyer, "Double Whammy as Fitch Lowers N.J. Credit Rating: Agency's Downgrade Follows S&P's Last Month," The Record, May 2, 2014, p. A-3. ($807 MILLION budget shortfall does not help. What happened, Mr. Christie? This is a worse fiscal disaster than under the Democrats in New Jersey.)

AP, "51 Minutes to Find a Vein: Okla. Prison Chief Details Botched Execution," The Record, May 2, 2014, p. A-13. (Horror throughout the world at the sadism and incompetence that have come to define America's legal system at this terrible time of crisis in our history.)

Barbara Williams, "Park Ridge Doctor Accused of Fraud: Allegedly Part of Health Care, Insurance Ring," The Record, May 2, 2014, p. L-3. (Doctors and lawyers using the same "runners" in accident cases. Mr. Ginarte had several very good runners as did Bass & Bass as well as most personal injury lawyers, except me. Together with paying cops for referrals, this use of runners allows for scams of insurance companies. No doubt N.J. judges get kickbacks on hefty settlements.)

Brent Johnson, "Brothers Accused in Racketeering Ring: AG -- Duo Hired People to Recruit Accident Victims," The Star Ledger, May 2, 2014, p. 19. (Most lawyers in New Jersey specializing in personal injury work do the same.)

Bill Wickert, "Public Works Official Pleads Guilty to Theft," The Star Ledger, May 2, 2014, p. 23. (James J. Ryan, 47, yet another Garden State official convicted for corruption this week. New Jersey continues to lead the nation in legal and political corruption.)

AP, "Man Pleads Guilty to Sex Trafficking," The Star Ledger, May 2, 2014, p. 23.

"The Essex County Prosecutor's Office said [alleged Bob Menendez and 'Big Nicky' Sacco 'supporter'] CHARLES P. TORRES of North Bergen pleaded guilty Thursday to multiple counts, including human trafficking and sexual assault."

New Jersey has become notorious throughout the country (and beyond) for corruption and child-molestation along with -prostitution, thanks to what organized crime groups involved in this loathsome activity -- until recently! -- called a "cooperative law enforcement establishment" in the state. ("Menendez Consorts With Underage Prostitutes" and "North Bergen, New Jersey is the Home of La Cosa Nostra.")

Police, prosecutors, and judges in New Jersey were said to be on the take by child-pornographers and pimps. ("Diana's Friend Goes to Prison" and "Edward M. De Sear, Esq. and New Jersey's Filth.")

The attractions of New Jersey for child exploiters may have something to do with the "influence" of Cuban-American organized crime, particularly in Hudson and Bergen as well as Essex and Union Counties. The industry churning out this material is lucrative and risks are slight with so much easy-going protection. ("New Jersey's Child Sex Industry" and "Is Menendez For Sale?" then "Does Senator Menendez have mafia friends?" and "Is Union City, New Jersey Meyer Lansky's Whore House?")

"Prosecutors said Torres admitted [emphasis added] to recruiting a 15-year-old girl to work as an underage prostitute in Essex and Hudson Counties." ("New Jersey's New Child Sex Crisis" and "New Jersey Welcomes Child Molesters.")

Literally, TONS of this filth (child-porn) generated in New Jersey makes its way to New York and the rest of the country by way of the George Washington Bridge (GWB) on a daily basis.

I call this flow of sick material the real GWB crisis, but Rachel Maddow is not interested in this far more important story than the bridge delay nonsense because it has little to do with Mr. Christie's future political options. ("Christie's Bridge of Sighs" and "The Teflon Governor.")

It also must be said that persistent allegations of lesbian involvement in this business of raping and exploiting children are mysteriously ignored by officials and judges, like Barbara Buono and Jaynee LaVecchia. ("Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest!" and "Jaynee LaVecchia and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" then, again, "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "New Jersey is Lucky Luciano's Havana" finally "Marilyn Straus Was Right!")

"Torres said he advertised the victim on the Internet and accepted money from adult men [some may be N.J. lawyers and/or judges] who had sex with her. Prosecutors said Torres also admitted, again, to committing sexual assault against the victim and photographing her in sexual situations." ("Jennifer Velez is a Dyke Magnet!")

Mr. Torres will probably serve 20 years in prison, depriving the Jersey Boys of a lucrative source of revenue in the form of protection money for cops and bribes for crooked politicians in Hudson County. This loss will only exist for as long as it takes to replace Mr. Torres, which should not be very long at all. ("Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks" and "Bribery in Union City, New Jersey.")

Persons in positions of authority in the Garden State who facilitate child-porn disapprove of my ethics; I disapprove of their ethics. You decide who is ethical. ("New Jersey's Legal System is a Whore House" and "Have you no shame, Mr. Rabner?")
