Marcanton Macri, Esq. Arrested For Money Laundering.

April 19, 2012 at 12:34 P.M. The printer at the Inwood library branch has not yet been repaired. Also, the copy card machine is now "out of order." This is so sad for the people who have no alternative to this library branch. Mr. Menendez, I am not the only person who makes use of the New York Public Library. Shame on you, sir.

Spacing between words in sentences and among paragraphs has been affected several times by New Jersey's hackers. I will do my best to make necessary corrections as often as they may be needed. I try to retain copies of the corrected text which makes it surprising to discover "errors" reinserted in these writings. How strange? ("Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks.")

April 17, 2012 at 2:05 P.M. Morningside Heights branch of the New York Public Library.

April 16, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. No printer repairs have taken place at the Inwood branch of the library. How sad for this community in Manhattan that people are deprived of these resources. I wonder whether the inability to repair the printer could be related to my presence at this branch of the library? ("Censorship and Cruelty in New Jersey" and "What is it like to be censored in America?")

Karen Sudol, Linh Tat, and Allison Pries, "North Bergen Prosecutor Arrested: Caught in Alleged Money Laundering," in The Record, April 15, 2012, at p. A-1.

"A North Jersey attorney who serves as a municipal prosecutor in North Bergen was arrested Friday night on charges that he helped two large-scale marijuana distributors launder money, according to the Bergen County prosecutor."

Alleged mafia affiliations are denied by Mr. Macri as well as his co-conspirators, I am sure, even as I am equally certain that such allegations have and will be made against this defendant. ("Jay Romano and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

It is said that Mr. Macri was a visitor to my sites and, unwisely, may have attempted to debate philosophical issues with me. I can neither confirm nor deny these rumors. Malbus? ("How censorship works in America.")

Money laundering is a profitable sideline for many attorneys who are usually connected to local politicians -- politicians who do not wish to get their hands dirty. ("Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?" and "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")

In exchange for favors from "friendly" members of the bar, politicians and "bosses" (Senator Bob, does this ring a bell?) provide protection from the OAE and lucrative municipal appointments that carry health benefits and pension rights. ("New Jersey Pension Funds Are $46 BILLION Short" and "New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead" then "New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.")

How's it going, Ray Gonzales? Mr. Garcia? Ms. Kricko? Mr. Coviello? ("Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "North Bergen, New Jersey is the Home of the La Cosa Nostra" then, again, "Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?")

"Marcanton Macri, 44, of Edgewater" -- who may have "buddied-up" in Municipal Court with Jay Romano -- "was brought into Bergen County Jail at 9:20 P.M. on Friday; he posted $50,000 bail at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday." ("Another Mafia Sweep in New Jersey and Anne Milgram is Clueless" and "44 Arrested in Latest N.J. Corruption Scandal.")

I wonder whether New Jersey Attorney General, allegedly, James Chiesa is also "clueless." Mr. Chiesa is not making many arrests of such shady customers. What's the problem, James? ("Another Mafia Sweep in New Jersey and Anne Milgram, Esq. is Clueless" and "Mafia Influence in New Jersey Courts and Politics.")

Luckily (for him), Mr. Macri was able to put up the cash. Fifty thousand dollars in cash was not a problem. IRS?

I am always suspicious when these characters seem to find the money exactly when they need it. Aren't you, Terry Tuchin? Diana Lisa Riccioli? No 10% for this guy? How's "Arnold" doing these days, Mr. Macri, or "Big Nicky" Sacco? ("Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "New Jersey's Politically Connected Lawyers On the Tit" then "Martin Taceta Didn't Do Nothing!")

The bank connections (stooges) in this matter are also helpful in "covering" real estate deals through front persons, right Nydia Hernandez, Esq. and Lilian Munoz, Esq.? ("Is Union City, New Jersey Meyer Lansky's Whore House?" and "Is Senator Menendez a Suspect in Mafia-Political Murder in New Jersey?")

I have reason to believe that Mr. Macri and these Cuban-American ladies have visited my new blog. I also have reason to believe that an effort will be made to prevent me from writing at these blogs. I will face harassment any time that I am on-line. Nevertheless, I will continue to struggle to write, freely, every day. ("Jennifer Velez is a Dyke Magnet!" and "Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest!")

"Macri[,] who lives at the St. Moritz" -- a so-called "mob building" in Bergen County, allegedly -- "[a] high rise off George Road in Edgewater, faces charges of money laundering and financial facilitation, Molinelli said." ("Cement is Gold.")

John Molinelli is the Bergen County prosecutor whose interest in this matter is a bit of a surprise and must have been due to "pressure." ("Corrupt Law Firms, Senator Bob, and New Jersey Ethics" then "John Molinelli's Ethics Problem.")

It is further alleged that Mr. Macri served on the Hudson and/or Bergen County Legal Ethics Committee, which is understandable since he is typical of the lawyers on those committees. ("New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" and "New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics" then "Herbert Klitzner, Esq.'s Greed and New Jersey's Hypocrisy.")

Co-conspirator Mathew Martin was known on the street as "federali" and drove a vehicle equipped with law enforcement plates. No interrogational hypnosis for him, Terry? ("An Open Letter to My Torturers in New Jersey, Terry Tuchin and Diana Lisa Riccioli" then "Larry Peterson Cleared by DNA.")

New Jersey police often take care of offenders (like these "gentlemen"), who were not subjected to strip searches -- unlike Albert Florence, evidently, whose arrest by mistake for a fee he had already paid provided grounds for strip searches and a week in jail. ("Give Us Free!" and "Driving While Black [DWB] in New Jersey.")

This is where we see New Jersey's hypocrisy, racism, and corruption most vividly on display: Who is "unethical" in the Garden State? Only those who are not members of the political in-group have to worry about the cops or OAE. ("New Jersey's Unethical Judiciary" and, once more, "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")

A sad and growing list of additional examples of gross incompetence and dereliction of duties on the part of members of the bar in New Jersey as well as political and other types of corruption will be attached to this essay in the days ahead. An essay examining the Supreme Court's decision in the Albert Florence matter is coming up. ("No More Cover-Ups and Lies Chief Justice Rabner!" and "New Jersey's Unethical Judiciary.")

U.S. Congress Inquiring Into P.A.'s Books.

April 14, 2012 at 12:10 P.M. No change in printer status. Sabotage of this essay is likely to continue.
April 12, 2012 at 1:55 P.M. The printer at my branch of the public library remains unrepaired. I am beginning to suspect that the library's repair persons also work for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. When foreign visitors speak of a society that "does not work any more," they are referring to countless examples of this defective governmental response to a communal need. I do not blame the library because there may be a political explanation for this possibly deliberate neglect of a library branch in a poor neighborhood. If so, then a more severe criticism may be appropriate, but not one aimed at library officials. Of course, this sabotaged printer may be a coincidence. However, I doubt that it's all just luck. ("Bernard Williams and Identity.")

Kate Zernike, "Report Disputes Christie's Basis for Halting Train Tunnel," in The New York Times, April 10, 2012, at p. A18.
"The bi-state agency, [Port Authority,] already the subject of an audit ordered by the governors of New York and New Jersey and increasing scrutiny from lawmakers in both states, would also become the focus of a federal inquiry under a bill approved Wednesday by the U.S. Senate."
Politicians had to find some way to bring the PA within a kind of control or supervision after clear indications of ... "impropriety." Abuses surrounding overtime payments have been common for years, especially among construction professionals at the PA -- allegedly. ("Herbert Klitzner, Esq.'s Greed and New Jersey's Hypocrisy.")
" ... The Port Authority has been criticized as secretive, dysfunctional and unaccountable to the public since raising tolls as much as 50 percent in September. ..." (emphasis added!)
There have also been accusations of disappearing funds and outrageous fees paid to service providers in exchange for kickbacks, possibly, to prominent Democrats in Trenton (Mr. Codey?) who have used the interstate agency as a patronage mill. ("Is Stephen M. Sweeney, Esq. a Liar?")
The PA certainly has served as a cash machine for Democrat bosses for generations and, allegedly, also for the mafia. This may be a redundancy. ("Mafia Influence in New Jersey Courts and Politics" and "Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?")
Seeking to forestall investigators, the PA has made a show of revealing its books. However, there may be more than one set of books. Federal investigators will probably be most interested in the financial books that are not being offered to the public for review. ("North Bergen, New Jersey is the Home of La Cosa Nostra" and "Is Union City, New Jersey Meyer Lansky's Whore House?" then "New Jersey is Lucky Luciano's Havana.")
Criticisms of Mr. Christie's cancellation of the tunnel project by Democrat-controlled entities become absurd in light of the PA's history of "mismanagement and corruption," allegedly. ("Richard J. Codey, Esq. Immortalized On Canvas at Taxpayer Expense" and "New Jersey's Legal System is a Whore House!" then "Another Mafia Sweep in New Jersey and Anne Milgram is Clueless!")
Christie cancelled the tunnel project because he expected further thefts of millions of dollars and a tunnel that would remain unfinished, like the Xanadu mall. ("New Jersey's Xanadu Mess!" and "New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead" then "Cement is Gold.")
"Cancelling the tunnel, then the largest public works project in the nation, helped shape Mr. Christie's profile as ... an enforcer of fiscal discipline in a country drunk on debt."
Mr. Christie's flirtation with corruption and nepotism in his own administration -- anything for his Republican friends! -- as well as the governor's ability to deal with crises (such as my matters) will test the sincerity of his reform efforts and capacity to lead. Mr. Christie must establish his claim to presidential status before a run in 2014. It is widely assumed in Trenton that Mr. Romney "ain't gonna make it." ("Is Christopher Christie 'Mentally Deranged' and a 'Liar'?" and "Christie Attacks New Jersey's Corrupt Judges.")
I hope that Mr. Christie will meet this challenge to his principles as distinct from his rhetoric. The jury is still out on Mr. Christie's sincerity as a "reformer," but not on his ambition as a "politician." ("Capice?" and "Christie Attacks New Jersey's Corrupt Judges.")
A list of sources indicating the continuing problems of corruption, incompetence, and theft (Mr. Garcia? Ms. Kricko? Ramon Gonzales, Esq.?) in New Jersey's political and legal system will be added to this essay in the days ahead.

New Jersey Rabbi Faces Child Porn Charges.

April 11, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. I am assigned to computer #8 today. This computer seems to have been hacked into. How strange?
April 10, 2012 at 1:35 P.M. The printer at my library branch is still unusable. I was told by a librarian that a work order was put in over a week ago, but that -- for some reason -- workers have not responded within a day or two, as they usually do. No doubt this is only a coincidence. Computer number #8 was also disabled today as a patron was making use of it. Perhaps it was expected that I would be on that computer.
April 7, 2012 at 11:25 A.M. The printer remains unrepaired at my local library branch. I have found other ways of printing my work. I am saddened by the loss to others in the area using this library facility who seem not to trouble the authorities. I hope that future sabotage efforts will be better directed at me and not at others around me. I am sure that, if my library branch were located in other parts of the city (in Mr. Bloomberg's neighborhood perhaps), it would receive greater attention.
April 6, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. An attempt to revise and repost "Abuse and Exploitation of Women in New Jersey" was obstructed. This is content-based censorship, I believe, that can only be accomplished through abuse of governmental authority. The printer at my local library branch is still disabled. The library's computers are also subjected to attacks on a regular basis.
Marlene Naanes & Nick Clunn, "Rabbi Faces Child Porn Allegations," in The Record, March 31, 2012, at p. L-1.
Vicki Hyman, "Not Your Grandma's Passover Seder," in The Star Ledger, April 4, 2012, at p. 35.
New Jersey's continuing claim to fame is as America's child porn capitol, the home of police misconduct and criminality as well as political corruption. ("New Jersey's Child Sex Industry" and "Neil M. Cohen, Esq. and Conduct Unbecoming to the Legislature in New Jersey.")
Unfortunately, there is a Garden State culture of cover-ups and stonewalling in response to allegations of police or judicial misconduct. The same is true with regard to prosecutorial or OAE corruption and/or incompetence, including sexual "peccadillos" by the likes of Deborah T. Poritz and Virginia Long. ("New Jersey Superior Court Judge is a Child Molester" and "New Jersey's Unethical Judiciary" then "Christie Attacks New Jersey's Corrupt Judges" and "Virginia Long's Departure" and "Judges in Bayonne, New Jersey Protect Child Molesters.")
The defendant in the latest scandal involving a rabbi in New Jersey is rumored to be "connected" to Chief Justice Stuart Rabner. Maybe this explains the puff-piece in The Star Ledger intended to distract the public's attention, perhaps, from this loathsome rabbi at this holiday season. ("44 Arrested in Latest New Jersey Corruption Scandal" and "Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" then "Sybil R. Moses and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Paul M. Bergrin, Esq. is an Ethical New Jersey Attorney" then "Herbert Klitzner, Esq.'s Greed and New Jersey's Hypocrisy.")
"Rabbi GABRIEL TOLEDO, 50, was arrested Thursday at his home on Pennington Avenue, Passaic. His 22 year-old roomate, who is also charged, had not yet been apprehended by police and is considered a fugitive." (Again: "Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "No More Cover-Ups and Lies, Chief Justice Rabner!")
As I prepare a comment on the deeply flawed Albert Florence decision by the U.S. Supreme Court ("Give Us Free!") -- while still struggling against censorship and sabotage -- I find it significant that my most recent essay has been subjected to numerous alterations as efforts to post the work are obstructed. ("How censorship works in America.")
My local library branch seems to attract an unusual number of sabotage efforts from New Jersey. Trenton continues to "obstruct and deny" in response to requests for the truth in my matters. New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics (OAE) is dysfunctional and in denial about these increasingly urgent criticisms. ("New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" and "New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics" then "Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture.")
I suspect that the charges against this so-called "orthodox" rabbi will be treated lightly, even by people who are outraged -- loudly and publicly -- by allegations of priests molesting children. ("Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest" and "Jennifer Velez is a Dyke Magnet!")
Given the number of images in the rabbi's possession, it is likely that this child porn was part of a vast business venture that enjoyed political protection for a small fee. Even the mafia stays away from this industry. ("New Jersey's Child Sex Industry" then "Is Menendez For Sale?")
For some reason, this incident will receive little media attention. The accused, if convicted, will probably not go to prison. ("So Black and So Blue in Prison" and "Justice For Mumia Abu-Jamal" then "Richard A. Posner on Voluntary Actions and Criminal Responsibility.")
In contrast, African-Americans charged with crimes will be punished quite severely, even when they happen not to be guilty of any offenses. ("Driving While Black [DWB] in New Jersey" and "Give Us Free!" then "America's Holocaust" and "Freedom For Mumia Abu-Jamal" and "Mumia Abu-Jamal and the Unconstitutionality of the Death Penalty.")
The "good" rabbi arrested in Passaic for child abuse/porn -- unlike Albert Florence arrested, mistakenly, for a paid traffic ticket who was sexually violated and may be harrassed indefinitely -- was not strip searched and his meals were kosher. I am so glad that the rabbi was comfortable during his stay in jail. ("Foucault, Rose, Davis and the Meanings of Prison.")
Paul Fishman (N.J.'s U.S. Attorney) and Stuart Rabner (N.J.'s Chief Justice) see no problem in the discrepancy in treatment afforded to these different defendants and other members of their respective religious, ethnic and/or racial groups in the Garden State. Either of these officials may request a report from a special prosecutor or attorney concerning racism and bias in the state's legal system and make that report public.
A list of additional sources indicating a continuing epidemic of corruption and incompetence in New Jersey's political and judicial system will be attached to this essay in the days ahead, subject to cybercrime and censorship from New Jersey's hackers, while lacking the ability to print the text from the library.

More revelations are on the way; the trustee is "not helping." I wonder why?)
Kibret Marcos, "After Acquittal, [African-American] Man 'Hurt' Over Years in Custody," in The Record, April 7, 2012, at p. L-1. (An African-American man, EDWARD SMALLS, falsely accused and confined to the "hell hole" that is Bergen County's jail is acquitted and will pursue yet another law suit in federal court against New Jersey for wrongful imprisonment and racism: "Give Us Free!")
AP, "Ex-School Superintendent ADMITS Taking $1 MILLION in Bribes," in The Record, April 6, 2012, at p. A-8. (MICHAEL RITACCO of Tom's River "dipped his wick" -- as it were -- in the public treasury and may have shared the proceeds with local politicians.)

Juliet Fletcher & John Reitmeyer, "State Audit Finds Secret Payments: Says Agency Was 'Personal ATM,'" in The Record, March 30, 2012, at p. A-1. (Public agency paid $400,000 in insurance commissions to a "connected" broker/firm in exchange for no services or policies rendered. Allegations of kickbacks to politicians include, allegedly, George E. Norcross, III who is mentioned in this article as implicated in the investigation that focuses on attempts by public officials to hide these transactions: "George E. Norcross, III is the Boss of New Jersey's Politics and Law" and "Senator Bob Loves Xanadu!" Senator Menendez and his alleged "relationship" with Union City "brokers" is said to be a subject of new investigations. Good luck, Ms. Munoz.)
Shawn Boburg, "Port Authority Will Reduce Salaries For Its Top Earners," in The Record, March 30, 2012, at p. A-3. (In the aftermath of Congressional investigations into the PA's possible multiple set of books, there is cosmetic "cost cutting" at the PA. Other forms of "compensation" for top executives and lawyers have not been mentioned. I will be writing a full essay about the federal investigation of the PA's finances -- if cybercrime permits me to continue writing from New York's public library.)
Jeff Pillets, et als., "Fraud Alleged at Hospital: Suit Says Public Was Likely Scammed by Repair Scheme," in The Record, March 29, 2012, at p. A-1. (Fraud at the Bergen Regional Medical Center bilking taxpayers of hundreds of thousands of dollars with the assistance of attorneys and administrators. Numerous elevators required "repairs" costing hundreds of thousands of dollars, even though some of these elevators do not exist and others, allegedly, remain "unavailable" -- like the printer at my local library branch after mysterious vandalism.)
