Edward M. De Sear, Esq. and N.J.'s Filth.

January 6, 2014 at 1:55 P.M. I wish that I could say that, with the arrival of a new year, New Jersey had opted for honesty and disclosures with respect to my matters by ending the corrupt practices -- to say nothing of child molestation -- that have defined the state in recent decades. Nothing could be farther from the truth, however, as recent events confirm a continuing and disgusting spectacle of crime among lawyers, judges, and politicians thriving in America's "Soprano State." ("Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")

Ted Sherman, "Carjacking Suspects Could Get Death: Face Stiffer Penalties Under Federal Law," The Record, December 25, 2013, p. A-3. (Short Hill Mall killers may face death for a highly mysterious assassination of a young Hoboken lawyer.)

Larry Celona, Jamie Schram, Hella Winton, "Gone But Not Forgotten: Slain Slumlord Found in Dumpster -- and Enemies List [is] a Mile Long," The New York Post, January 5, 2013, p. 7. (Menachem "Max" Stark was killed and found in a dumpster. Many express fears of a similar fate for comparable "others" in New Jersey: "Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture.")

Herb Jackson, "Civilian Drones May be Tested in Jersey Skies," The Record, December 31, 2013, p. A-1. (New Jersey will be using drones to spy on African-American neighborhoods. Mr. Christie's civil rights record is becoming even less impressive.)

"Unemployed Lose: Benefits Gone For 1.3 MILLION Americans," (Editorial) The Record, December 31, 2013, p. A-8. (1.3 MILLION Americans will be left destitute by termination of unemployment benefits: 79,000 persons will be dropped from unemployment in N.J.; another 48,000 will lose all support for themselves and their families over the next three months in the state. Crime rates will soar, illegal drug sales and use are expected to increase, also fatalities among police officers shot in the line of duty. Is it cheaper to simply extend unemployment benefits? In this climate of economic hardship for so many N.J. residents is a $1 MILLION legal fee for Mr. Mastro's law firm necessary or a taxpayer benefit?)

Minjae Park, "No Criminal Charges in Borrowing [sic.] Generators: Prosecutor Closes Case on North Haledon Mayor, Police Chief," The Record, December 31, 2013, p. L-1. (The N.J. criminal justice system bends over backwards to "protect and cover-up" for connected insiders, like Mayor Randy George.)

Peter J. Sampson, "Ex-Lawyer Pleads Guilty to Sex-Trafficking Boy," The Record, December 20, 2013, p. L-3.

"A once prominent lawyer from Saddle River pleaded guilty Thursday to federal sex-trafficking charges, admitting he arranged for a young boy to be transported from France to Belgium, where he sexually molested the victim in a hotel bathroom."

New Jersey is a place with an "inside" culture as regards corruption and child molestation, or other organized crime-controlled activities, that are usually protected by local police and officials.

Important Garden State politicians, for example, have made arrangements to get a "heads up" or warning from police or prosecutors in the event that an investigation encroaches on their turf or interests. ("Does Senator Menendez have mafia friends?" and "Is Menendez For Sale?" then "Bribery in Union City, New Jersey" and "Crooked Broker Paid-Off Menendez.")

For this reason, for instance, Bob Menendez or Stuart Rabner have very little to worry about from county or state investigators, either with regard to alleged bribes from Solomon Dwek or Angelo ("The Horn") Prisco paid to Mr. Rabner; or as regards irregular and bizarre sex habits, allegedly, involving Mr. Menendez and underage prostitutes of both genders. ("Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Have you no shame, Mr. Rabner?" then "Menendez Consorts With Underage Prostitutes" and "Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks" finally "Wedding Bells Ring For Menendez!" and "Is Senator Menendez a Suspect in Mafia-Political Murder in New Jersey?")

New Jersey is also, in practice, the friendliest state in the nation when it comes to child-abuse and child-prostitution and -porn. ("New Jersey Welcomes Child Molesters" and "New Jersey's Child Sex Crisis.")

These colorful aspects of New Jersey life have fused in the story of EDWARD M. De SEAR, ESQ., 67, a "distinguished" and, as usual, "highly ethical attorney" who was, I am sure -- along with Stuart Rabner and Bob Menendez -- among those regarding themselves as my ethical "superiors," but who (like them) has turned out to be somewhat different than he appeared to be.

Mr. De Sear is an admitted child molester who is quite fond of little boys. Estela De La Cruz? ("Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest!")

Even more interestingly, Mr. De Sear created a "private network" of fellow "enthusiasts" for children's sexual exploitation sharing in obscene child-focused materials even as they were protected by local authorities, allegedly.

After learning of Mr. De Sear's proclivities, Senator Bob is rumored to have asked: "Where's your sense of humor?"

This private group included attorneys, judges, and politicians and/or other prominent members of the "community" in Bergen and Hudson Counties and throughout the state. The names of the members of this "private network" have not been made public. ("New Jersey Superior Court Judge is a Child Molester" and "Judges Protect Child Molesters in Bayonne, New Jersey.")

As part of a criminal investigation, which has now resulted in a finding of criminal guilt by way of a plea bargain, all of the evidence in this public litigation (not a civil suit) should be open to inspection by members of the public -- whose safety may otherwise be endangered by this information that is kept secret.

I would hate to think that persons close to me are endangered tonight, January 6, 2013, as a result of the failure to disclose the truth. I am the person for you to respond to, New Jersey, not my family members.

New Jersey remains the most dangerous state in the nation for children.

Significantly, again, it was the FBI and Justice Department -- not any entity of the state law enforcement apparatus -- that apprehended this "protected" perpetrator. ("Mafia Influence in New Jersey Courts and Politics.")

If New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics (OAE) and Supreme Court are to comply with the Constitution and local disclosure laws in my matters, it will only be because the feds force them to do so.

Paul Fishman, New Jersey's U.S. Attorney and Assistant U.S. Attorney Leslie Faye Schwartz, are unlikely to allow anything to happen to their so-called "friends" Stuart Rabner, Debbie Poritz, Sybil R. Moses, Terry Tuchin and/or Howard Brownstein, or Alex Booth. District Court Judges Jose Linares and William J. Martini may be reluctant to offend Senator Menendez:

"In addition to sex trafficking, De Sear pleaded guilty to four counts of distributing hundreds of videos and images of child pornography over the Internet using a 'peer-to-peer' file sharing program."

Such child-porn materials have been known to be "planted" in N.J. suspects' homes, but in this instance, it seems plausible to suppose that the Defendant was manufacturing or distributing this material for himself and his "friends." ("New Jersey is the Home of Child Molesters.")

I wonder why these fun-loving lawyers and judges (who else would this Defendant have known but "colleagues"?) are still getting together to share in their pleasant and very ethical "hobby"? ("New Jersey Welcomes Child Molesters.")

Was Diana Lisa Riccioli -- the former alleged sexual partner of Deborah T. Poritz, the state's former Chief Justice, and of Estela De La Cruz, Superior Court Judge, and of so many others, including the unconscious at the time Marilyn Straus -- a participant in this private network, or a "friend" of Mr. De Sear? ("Diana's Friend Goes to Prison!" and "Marilyn Straus Was Right!")

"De Sear agreed to pay $1.1 MILLION in restitution to the boy he abused and $100,000 to the victims whose images he distributed. After the hearing his lawyers turned over checks totalling $1.2 MILLION ..." (Again: "Is Senator Menendez a Suspect in Mafia-Political Murder in New Jersey?" then "Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture.")

This amount that was so easily paid suggests that Mr. De Sear may have been involved in the child-porn "business" and was not simply a lawyer. His child victim was made available for sexual exploitation by the boy's adoptive parents, a gay couple, Mark J. Newton and Peter Truong. (Again: "Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest!" and "Jennifer Velez is a Dyke Magnet.")

"[The gay couple] bought the infant from his Russian mother for $8,000 in 2005, took him to various countries, where they allowed other men to abuse him, and made hard-core videos that were distributed across a global pedophile network" -- based partly in New Jersey -- "known as THE BOY LOVERS NETWORK, [emphasis added!] according to authorities." ("Slavery Today" and "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")

Is this former member of New Jersey's Legal Ethics Committee, allegedly, and good friend of the OAE, Mr. De Sear, a representative of the state's so-called "legal ethics" and my moral "superior," Mr. Rabner? ("John McGill, Esq. the OAE, and New Jersey Corruption" and "New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics" then "Sexual Favors For New Jersey Judges" and "Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")
