(Miami Beach City Manager, JORGE GONZALES, who was making $273,000 per year, and had been mired in investigations -- like Bob Menendez! -- was forced to step down. Menendez friend and alleged pimp, Dr. Melgen, is said to be "connected" to Mr. Gonzales as well as others in Florida. Additional arrests among mostly Cuban-American politicians in Miami are said to be forthcoming. Ethics, Mr. Rubio? JP Morgan's global reach makes their power in the legal system obvious and difficult to control. Money is only patriotic or loyal to more money.)
Scott Shane, "New Leaked Documents Outline U.S. Spending On Intelligence Agencies," The New York Times, August 30, 2013, p. A18. (Secret "slush funds," secret budgets, "back budgets" and a $52 BILLION "bequest" place a number of these agencies beyond the control of Congress or the president.)
Despite efforts to spin the outcome in a more favorable light, CBS was the net loser in the war against Time/Warner. Financial difficulties for The New York Times/CBS giant are obvious and increasing, along with allegations of bias as well as more incompetence in the newspaper's reporting on events and the arts. ("'Elysium': A Movie Review.")
As for U.S. spying, in 2011 there were 230 attacks by the U.S. against "other countries' computer systems," including those of China and Cuba. These attacks were aimed at "taking over" those foreign computer systems. During this same period the U.S. expressed concern about cyber-terrorism by other countries against any Internet activity and denied participating in cyber-crime in any form or fashion against anyone. Lying? ("NSA Spying is Illegal.")
Regrettably, New Jersey hackers altered the size of lettering when this essay was first posted. I will do my best to cope with these attacks on my works.

(Richard Lester, 56 year-old "connected" businessman from New Jersey "gets away" allegedly, with abuse of a 4 year-old girl. Courthouse observers were heard to say: "Someone must've made a phone call to John Molinelli," who moved to dismiss the charges. The 4 year-old child will never get her life back because sexual abuse is a life-long injury: "Menendez Consorts With Underage Prostitutes" and "New Jersey's Child Sex Industry." This is a fine example of New Jersey's legal ethics. "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")
Kibret Marcos, "Probation For Touching a Girl," The Record, August 29, 2013, p. L-3.
"A former Park Ridge councilman was sentenced to a year of probation on Wednesday after he pleaded guilty to charges that he harassed a 16 year-old [girl] who was working for him in a Westwood jewelry store last year."
Mark Viola, 64, ADMITTED the illegal and inappropriate fondling of the young girl's breasts (and worse) which took place in September, 2012.
African-American defendants facing identical charges in New Jersey inevitably receive prison time. ("America's Holocaust" and "Justice For Mumia Abu-Jamal.")
The politically influential defendant, Mr. Viola, however, essentially walked away from the courtroom after affecting this young woman -- deeply and possibly for life -- as her mother has testified. ("So Black and So Blue in Prison.")
Although Mr. Viola -- who has been linked to DIANA LISA RICCIOLI, allegedly, something he denies I am sure! -- was not incarcerated, he was required to undergo a psychological evaluation for what many regard as "normal" behavior among powerful men and women in New Jersey politics. ("Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest!" and "New Jersey Welcomes Child Molesters" then "Judges in Bayonne, New Jersey Protect Child Molesters.")
Senator Menendez has, reportedly, been asked whether he will undergo a psychological evaluation after allegations that he consorts with underage prostitutes. The Senator has refused such an evaluation and, allegedly, insists that "they were all over-age." ("Menendez Consorts With Underage Prostitutes" and "New Jersey's Child Sex Crisis" then "Is Menendez For Sale?")
Is this a "mischaracterization," Mr. Menendez? ("Senator Bob, the Babe, and the Big Bucks" and "Does Senator Menendez have mafia friends?")
Mr. Viola is prohibited from having any further contact with the girl-victim. The serious harm to the young woman's mental development is already "done" even as her life will never be what it might have been. The victim will never "move on" entirely from this traumatic event.
So many women are injured in this evil way, some at a much younger age than sixteen. For some reason, these injured young women do not seem to matter to New Jersey judges and prosecutors. ("Marilyn Straus Was Right!" and "Diana's Friend Goes to Prison.")
"Viola was charged with 'criminal sexual contact,' a fourth-degree crime, and pleaded guilty Wednesday to a reduced charge of harassment by offensive touching which is a petty disorderly persons offense. ... "
Essentially, this is an offense comparable to "spitting on the sidewalk." ("Mafia Influence in New Jersey Courts and Politics.")
This absurd outcome is pretty typical of New Jersey's legal system and the ethics of prosecutors and attorneys with regard to the plague of child molestation, child-prostitution and -porn in a Garden State famous for corruption among its public officials and Cuban-American criminal organizations controlling this filth thanks to their paid-for politicians. ("Is Senator Menendez For Human Rights?")
Mr. Viola, Republican, is "for" strong "law and order" positions, and was elected to Park Ridge Borough Council in 2008. Mr. Viola's positions on the issues are similar to Mr. Rubio's and Iliana Ros-Leghtinen's statements on the issues, although perhaps Mr. Viola's views are more hypocritical than those of Cuban-American politicians. ("Is Union City, New Jersey Meyer Lansky's Whore House?" and "American Hypocrisy and Luis Posada Carriles.")
No doubt Mr. Viola was looking forward to working with Bob Menendez in New Jersey politics. ("Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead" then "New Jersey's Legal System is a Whore House.")
It is not clear whether Mr. Viola is also a "friend" of Republican donor and Menendez confidant, Dr. Melgen of Florida.
